Batman is evil in that he chooses to use fear as a weapon and while his intentions are noble his means of achieving his goals are illegal. During the scene when he is in the chase with police he causes damage to police resources and possibly to the officers themselves. While you could argue that many of them were dirty, it is unlikely that all of them were and that is wrong. |
